Role Overview

Blue Origin is seeking a highly skilled Process Specialist III to join our corporate functions team. As a key member of our Talent Acquisition Operations team, you will be responsible for evaluating and improving operational processes across the organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate and improve operational processes across Talent Acquisition, identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing changes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of changes to regulations and incorporate technical and functional hiring needs into effective recruiting processes.
  • Support workshops and events with relevant stakeholders to drive process improvements and incorporate industry best practices into our recruiting coordination practices and processes.
  • Research and analyze industry trends, conduct analysis, and identify improvement opportunities to our recruiting coordination practices and processes.
  • Support the prioritization of proposed process changes from stakeholders and execute on change management plans to implement changes.
  • Support external audits and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Human Resources, or a related business area.
  • 5+ years of recruiting and/or Human Resources experience, with a focus on process improvement and change management.
  • Experience with recruitment process development and implementation.
  • Understanding of EEO requirements and application to recruiting processes.
  • Proven success with critical thinking, communication, and presentation skills to build solid relationships, develop solutions, and deliver results.
  • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office and human capital management systems.
  • Strong internal and external customer service focus.
  • Must be a U.S. citizen or national, U.S. permanent resident, or lawfully admitted into the U.S. as a refugee or granted asylum.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Expertise in Workday, Jira, or similar ATS and ticketing systems.
  • Demonstrated success driving process improvements, including change management.
  • Experience with training development or delivery.
  • Start-up, high-growth, or ambiguous environment experience.
