  12. Maintain accurate records and reports to ensure successful program outcomes.
  13. Participate in training sessions and events as mandated by relevant organizations.
  14. Engage in orientation and training for optimal program functionality.
  15. Perform additional duties as assigned by the supervisor.
  16. Support organizational events and fundraising activities.

Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor's degree in education, STEAM, counseling, human services, social work, or a related field is required.
  • Experience in educational settings, particularly with youth, is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with online platforms such as Zoom and Google Classroom is essential.
  • Demonstrated ability to present and lead training sessions effectively.
  • Strong communication skills and a customer service orientation are necessary.
  • Ability to connect with and understand the challenges faced by minority and underrepresented youth.
  • Proven teamwork capabilities.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Knowledge of community resources for youth and families is beneficial.
  • Ability to collaborate with external partners and community organizations.
  • Capacity to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities.
  • Flexibility to work beyond standard hours and on weekends as required.
  • Reliable transportation is necessary.
  • Fluency in Spanish is a plus.

Compensation:
The hourly wage for this position is $22.25.
