Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive behavior assessments to identify client needs and develop personalized treatment plans
  • Design and implement measurement and data collection systems to track client progress and outcomes
  • Provide case oversight and supervision to Registered Behavioral Technicians (RBTs) to ensure high-quality care and implementation of treatment plans
  • Collaborate with the clinical team to drive client outcomes and performance
  • Attend regular team meetings and contribute to the development of clinical standards and best practices
Requirements
  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification, in good standing
  • 1+ years of experience in ABA, preferably with ASD
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Pass a background and reference check
