The ideal candidate will possess 3-5 years of experience in the Property and Casualty insurance sector, with a strong background in customer service and issue resolution. This individual will be responsible for managing a high volume of customer inquiries, providing timely and effective solutions to issues, and ensuring that our clients receive the highest level of service.

As a Customer Retention Strategist, you will be the primary point of contact for clients, fielding their concerns and resolving any issues that arise. Your ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, will be essential in building trust and rapport with our clients.

We offer a competitive salary range of $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package that includes health, dental, and vision insurance, as well as a retirement savings plan.

Required skills and qualifications include:

  • 3-5 years of experience in the Property and Casualty insurance sector
  • Strong background in customer service and issue resolution
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
