This opportunity is available at one of our properties in the western suburbs of Illinois, where you will have the chance to make a meaningful impact on the lives of our residents.
Responsibilities- Provide exceptional support to residents, the Board of Directors, and Community Manager to ensure their lifestyle needs and desires are met.
- Plan, coordinate, and implement a variety of programs, classes, and community-wide events that cater to diverse interests and ages.
- Collaborate with the Board to develop and maintain the annual Lifestyle budget, monitoring and reporting on financial performance on a monthly basis.
- Design and create engaging correspondence, including flyers, community calendars, and newsletters, to promote community events and activities.
- Review and maintain the Fitness Center equipment, making recommendations for replacement or improvement as needed.
- Build partnerships with local businesses and organizations to provide opportunities for community service projects and activities.
- Schedule all Charter Club activities, including room reservations, meetings, and events.
- Maintain scheduling of all Association facilities, including the pub, paint and pottery studio, ballroom, and other amenities.
- Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring a high level of satisfaction among residents, vendors, staff, and colleagues.
- Assess and monitor community needs, identifying opportunities for community involvement, business partnerships, and developing new programs.
- Associate's degree or equivalent experience in Recreation, Hospitality, Marketing, Event Planning, Communications, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of risk management practices, including Homeowner's Association policies, Health Department regulations, and insurance requirements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups.
- Possess budgetary knowledge and control to execute programs within the community and related activities.
- High energy and ability to multi-task/prioritize different projects simultaneously.
- Superior oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to work flexible scheduling, including some evenings to facilitate events and activities.
