Blood Banking Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Blood Banking Laboratory Technologist to join our team at K.A. Recruiting.
Key Responsibilities:- Perform specialized procedures in the laboratory setting.
- Train and teach laboratory personnel and others.
- Contribute to the continuing education program.
- Verify and check documentation of less experienced lab personnel.
- Act as lead in the absence of supervisor/manager.
- Prepare schedules and draft procedures.
- Perform special projects as assigned.
- ASCP certification (or eligibility/equivalent certification).
- Bachelor's Degree in Science or Associate's Degree in Science.
- Experience is highly preferred.
