Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to join our executive-level team. The successful candidate will provide exceptional administrative support, manage calendars and schedules, and execute follow-up tasks with ease.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage executive team's calendars and schedules
  • Attend Zoom meetings, take notes, and execute follow-up tasks
  • Support executives as their go-to problem-solver
  • Oversee timelines and action items for company expansion projects
  • Support team with organization and management of conference and training spreadsheets
  • Edit and proofread content as needed
  • Support with creation of conference and training session agendas
  • Occasional travel for conference and/or training support
Requirements
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Highly organized with attention to detail
  • Technologically proficient (familiarity with Macs, Google Suite, ASANA, CRMs, PandaDoc preferred)
  • Team-oriented, flexible, and highly motivated
  • Familiarity with current education landscape a huge plus
  • Education experience a plus
