Job Summary

The successful candidate will serve as a key member of the team, responsible for evaluating the impact of policies on various stakeholders. This involves designing impact evaluations, gathering and analyzing relevant data, preparing summaries of findings, and making recommendations on corrective actions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate policies and their effects on stakeholders through impact assessments and analysis
  • Serve as Policy Inventory Coordinator, ensuring seamless communication with the NIH Office of Director
  • Review policy and regulations governing program activities, providing recommendations on co-fund availability and expenditures
  • Support travel planning, including pre-travel approval, taxi cost estimates, and conference registration information
  • Capture meeting minutes and prepare final documentation for distribution to participants
  • Conduct in-depth analysis and statistical comparison of organizational data and information
  • Identify data sources, perform data queries, and develop reports in budget, procurement, HR, and travel areas
  • Assist financial managers in preparing annual appropriated budget requests
  • Conduct workforce studies and provide in-depth analysis and reporting

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business management and administration or a related field, accompanied by relevant experience
  • Master's degree in business or biomedical field preferred
  • Proficiency in SharePoint, Microsoft Office, and Concur
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • U.S. Citizenship

Salary and Benefits:

The estimated salary for this position is $80,000-$100,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience. N4 Solutions offers a competitive compensation package, including benefits such as health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
