  • $70,000 - $90,000 annual salary (dependent on location and experience)

Key Responsibilities

As a Hospice RN at Gentiva Hospice, you will be responsible for:

  1. Assessing patient needs and developing individualized care plans that address their physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being
  2. Collaborating with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination and transition
  3. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records, adhering to regulatory requirements and industry standards
  4. Participating in quality improvement initiatives and contributing to the development of best practices within the organization
