As a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst, you will be instrumental in steering data-informed decision-making throughout the organization. Daily Responsibilities

Collaborate with marketing stakeholders to ascertain and articulate their data and analytical requirements. Conduct advanced data analysis, create analytical products (visualizations, dashboards, presentations, etc.), and provide actionable insights to facilitate data-driven business decisions. Actively monitor business performance through automated dashboards and ad-hoc data evaluations. Communicate updates regarding business performance to leadership and teams within the organization. Ensure data quality for self-service dashboards. Supply detailed specifications to the Data Engineering team regarding the data models necessary for analytics and automated dashboards. Partner with data analysts and data engineers across the organization to exchange best practices related to processes and data utilization.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Proficient SQL skills for data manipulation and analysis. Experience in engaging with and providing consulting services to organizational leaders. Proven experience in performing advanced data analysis that yields valuable insights and recommendations for the business. Advanced proficiency in spreadsheet tools (Excel or Google Sheets) for data analysis. Strong data debugging capabilities to systematically identify the root causes of data discrepancies. Solid understanding of data engineering principles, including data integrations, ETL, data pipelines, and data warehousing. Extensive knowledge in one or more business domains such as Marketing, Customer Support, Product, or Finance.

Preferred Experience

MBA in Consulting, Marketing, or Finance with a minimum of 4 years of experience in business intelligence or data analytics consulting, either internally or as an external consultant. Familiarity with marketing analytics platforms like Google Analytics. Experience in developing data science models to evaluate various business scenarios and predict outcomes. Proficiency in creating data visualizations using BI tools (Looker, Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker Studio). Experience utilizing a Customer Data Platform such as Segment to derive insights.
