">We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Luxury Retail Team Lead to join our team. As a key member of our sales floor team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, leading by example, and ensuring exceptional customer service. You will work closely with store managers and assistant store managers to achieve business objectives and develop strategies to drive sales and profitability.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

- 1-3 years of previous retail experience, preferably in a luxury retail environment">

- A deep understanding of fashion trends, products, and services, with the ability to make recommendations and drive sales">
- A collaborative and adaptable mindset, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment">
- A high school diploma or equivalent, with a college degree preferred">
- Basic computer skills, including proficiency in cash register systems, mobile POS, and iPad/laptop">
- Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds, with occasional lifting of up to 50 pounds">
