  • Witness Support and Organization: Support the organization of witness interviews and statements, and coordinate tasks with other departments or external experts.
  • Meeting Preparation: Assist the chairperson of the Adjudicatory Chamber in preparing meetings.
  • Legal Aid and Support: Evaluate legal aid requests, witness protection requests, and witness/victim psychological support.
  • CAS Jurisprudence and Precedents: Manage FIFA precedents cases and CAS jurisprudence to draft final reports and decisions.
  • Decision Drafting: Draft decisions under the supervision and guidance of the Adjudicatory Chamber.
  • Compliance and Governance: Contribute to identifying measures to prevent violations of the company's Code of Ethics and Disciplinary Code.
  • Process Improvement: Collaborate with the Head of Department to establish new processes and workflows.
  • Global Recognition: Ensure worldwide recognition of the Investigation Department and Judicial Bodies Subdivision.
  • Representation: Represent the company's image at various levels internally and externally.
  • Training and Development: Participate in workshops with company employees, member associations, or confederations on Judicial Bodies related issues.
