Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced General Manager to join our team at Regal Entertainment. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our cinema, ensuring that our guests receive an exceptional experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Theatre Operations: Oversee the smooth operation of our cinema, including managing staff, maintaining facilities, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Guest Experience: Ensure that our guests receive a high-quality experience, including providing excellent customer service, managing guest relations, and addressing any issues or concerns.
  • Financial Management: Manage the financial aspects of our cinema, including budgeting, forecasting, and controlling costs.
  • Staff Management: Supervise and develop a team of employees, including hiring, training, and evaluating their performance.
  • Marketing and Promotions: Develop and implement marketing and promotional strategies to drive ticket sales and increase revenue.
  • Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks associated with our cinema, including safety, security, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
Requirements
  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent, with a degree in Business or a related field preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years of management or supervisory experience in a related field, with experience in the cinema industry preferred.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team of employees. Proficient in financial management, marketing, and risk management.
  • Certifications: Must be of legal age to sell or serve alcohol according to state or local laws, and must complete any legally required state or local training and obtain the required certificate.
Working Conditions

The work environment is moderate, with occasional exposure to loud noises and physical demands. The employee is frequently required to stand for long periods of time, walk, sit, use hands to finger, handle, or feel, reach with hands and arms, and talk or hear. The employee is occasionally required to climb or balance and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. The employee is regularly required to lift up to 60 lbs.
