Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue growth and expand our client base.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with our Client Services Team, Technical Sales Team, and Senior Management to ensure seamless delivery of services.
  • Respond to client inquiries in a timely and professional manner, providing exceptional customer service.
  • Develop and maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities.
  • Support the Operations Team and Client Services teams with visits to clients, technical assistance, and coordinating sales activities.
  • Occasional travel may be required to meet with clients and attend industry events.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a client-facing role, preferably in a sales or business development capacity.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, meeting deadlines and reaching sales targets.
  • Knowledge of the food industry and its regulatory requirements is an asset.
  • Proficiency in CRM software, such as SugarCRM.
