- Graduate of an accredited Hospitality Management program or equivalent experience.
- Proven track record of successfully managing high-volume alcohol sales and maintaining a safe and responsible environment.
- Ability to work an average of 55 hours per week and manage a large team.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to coach, mentor, and develop staff.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
