Job Overview

As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and leading daily store operations at our Beaver Creek location. Key Responsibilities
  • Lead daily store operations, including scheduling, payroll, and inventory management
  • Provide excellent customer service and ensure a positive shopping experience for our guests
  • Hire, train, and develop a high-performing team of retail associates
  • Monitor sales metrics and implement strategies to drive revenue growth
  • Maintain a thorough knowledge of our products and services, and make recommendations to customers
  • Participate in leadership forums to provide feedback and input on store performance and continuous improvement opportunities
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; business-related education or training preferred
  • 1-3 years of retail management experience, with a strong background in customer service and team leadership
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment, multitasking and managing multiple customers
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, holidays, and weekends
  • Fluent communication skills in English
