Position Summary:

The Rental Assistant Store Manager plays a crucial role in delivering outstanding customer service and operational support within our retail environment. This position requires a strong commitment to our brand values and the ability to lead a team effectively.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee daily operations, ensuring performance and budget adherence, including scheduling and payroll management.
  • Act as the manager-on-duty in the absence of the Store Manager, maintaining store standards.
  • Keep accurate records of store performance, sales metrics, and inventory management.
  • Recruit, train, and mentor staff on POS systems, product knowledge, and customer service techniques.
  • Evaluate team performance, providing constructive feedback and recognition as needed.
  • Stay informed about product offerings and deliver exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and concerns promptly.
  • Engage in leadership discussions to share insights on store performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Perform additional duties as required, including merchandising and rental operations.

Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or GED; relevant business training is preferred.
  • 1-3 years of supervisory experience in a rental or retail environment.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic retail setting, managing multiple priorities.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Fluency in English is required for effective communication.
