Front Signs is the leading sign-making company in Burbank, CA, providing a wide range of signage solutions for commercial and residential projects. Our services encompass design, manufacturing, and installation.

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee sign manufacturing projects from initiation to delivery/installation, final inspection, and billing.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure project completion within set budget and deadlines.
  • Daily review of project priorities.
  • Deliver exceptional client service through clear communication.
  • Evaluate and execute scope of work.
  • Verify material alignment with sales rendering, estimate, and purchase order.
  • Adjust purchase orders as needed.
  • Prioritize and prepare weekly purchase order approvals.
  • Gather ship dates for installation scheduling.
  • Address material issues with vendors.
  • Take care of travel arrangements of installation crews.
  • Schedule Equipment Rental and/or Sub-Contractors.
  • Forecast project installations based on vendor-provided ship dates.
  • Progress invoice projects one week prior to installation.
  • Report anticipated closures and funds.
  • Enter installation schedules in the calendar and follow up the works.
  • Maintain direct communication with Installation Crews to track job progression.
  • Coordinate daily schedules with Installation and Manufacturing departments.
  • Monitor, report, and resolve any go-back issues.
  • Manage project completion, including final inspection for billing.

Requirements:
  • 2-5 years of experience in project management in sign manufacturing, construction, printing or other relevant fields
  • A PMI certification would be a plus
  • Great organization and communication skills with team members
  • Ability to direct others through project completion.
  • Great client service skills to maintain excellent relations with clients
  • Work independently with little direction.
  • Adapt to change easily and quickly and manage /adjust the job priorities operatively.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and prepare timely reports
  • Good knowledge of MS Office (word and excel)
  • Familiar with project or task management tools, like Trello, Asana, Jira or others.
  • Organized and confident
  • High multi-tasking skills
  • Absolute attention to detail
  • Administrative skills
