Job Responsibilities

This position involves processing customer account transactions, balancing cash drawers, and learning new and existing banking products and services.

  • Handle customer inquiries and provide solutions to their financial needs
  • Process deposits, withdrawals, and other transactions
  • Build relationships with customers and offer them banking products and services
  • Safeguard against loss and ensure accurate accounting of funds
  • Identify and report fraudulent activity
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • A High School Diploma or GED
  • Experience in customer service (bilingual preferred)
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team
  • Ability to pass Client Service Specialist training programs
Compensation

The estimated annual salary for this role is $45,000 - $60,000 based on location and experience.
