Job Description

This role is responsible for providing exceptional customer service by processing transactions quickly and accurately. The Client Service Specialist will build relationships with customers and offer them banking products and services.

  • Perform cash handling functions (deposits, withdrawals, cash advances, payments, transfers, check cashing, etc.)
  • Balancing cash drawer and Client Service Specialist transactions
  • Learning new and existing products and services
  • Discussing and accessing customer financial needs
  • Safeguarding against loss and ensuring accurate accounting of funds
  • Identifying fraudulent activity and following relevant SOPs
Your Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • A High School Diploma or GED
  • Some experience in customer service (bilingual preferred)
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team
  • Ability to pass Client Service Specialist training programs
