We are currently looking for a Personal Fitness Trainer to join our team. As a key member of our staff, you will play a vital role in helping our members achieve their fitness goals.

The estimated salary for this role is $55,000 - $70,000 per year, depending on experience.

About the Role:

A Personal Fitness Trainer at Anytime Fitness – Tigard, OR is responsible for creating and conducting safe and effective exercise programs for a wide variety of participants. This includes designing fitness programs, providing instruction, and influencing behavior change.

  • Fitness Consultations
  • Traditional (1-on-1) Training
  • Small Group Training
  • Virtual Training

In addition to these core responsibilities, a PFT provides guidance, education, and encouragement to develop relationships with all members to improve retention. We value our members and strive to provide a positive and supportive environment that fosters motivation and success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and deliver fitness programs for individual clients and small groups
  • Provide personalized coaching and support to help clients achieve their fitness goals
  • Assess client needs and develop customized fitness plans
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of personal training/coaching experience
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • CPR/AED certification
