About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Guest Experience Lead to join our team at McDonald's. As a Guest Experience Lead, you will be responsible for creating a positive and welcoming experience for our customers, ensuring that they receive exceptional service and have a memorable dining experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet customers and communicate with them in a friendly and professional manner
  • Offer assistance with ordering and provide recommendations to customers
  • Ensure that customers receive their food and drinks in a timely manner and that they are satisfied with their experience
  • Handle customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner
  • Work collaboratively with the restaurant team to provide excellent customer service and maintain a clean and safe environment
