We are seeking a skilled Phlebotomy Specialist to join our team at TalentBurst. As a key member of our Patient Service Center, you will be responsible for collecting high-quality blood samples from patients and preparing those specimens for lab testing.

About the Role

The Phlebotomy Specialist will represent the face of our company to patients who visit us as part of their health routine or for life-defining health decisions. You will demonstrate leadership behaviors while focusing on process excellence skills and sensitivity to confidentiality and accuracy to patient information.

Requirements
  • Five years of phlebotomy experience is required, inclusive of pediatric, geriatric, and capillary collections.
  • Keyboard/data entry experience is also essential.

In addition, we prefer candidates with medical training, such as medical assistant or paramedic training, and phlebotomy certification.

What We Offer

As a valued member of our team, you can expect a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on your level of experience. You will also receive a comprehensive benefits package, including a Covid Booster and recent Flu 2024-2025 vaccination.

Location

This role is based in our Patient Service Center, where you will work closely with customers who have a high complexity and/or volume practice with a specialized focus requiring outstanding phlebotomy skills.
