We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse-LPN to join our team. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse group of residents and provide high-quality care in a supportive and collaborative environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Administer medication and perform treatments, as assigned per physician's orders, in accordance with resident's care plan and within scope of practice.
  • Accurately report and record residents' condition and care including signs and symptoms which can be indicative of change.
  • Perform all duties in accordance with local, state, and federal guidelines.
