Complete Care Linwood is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse-RN Supervisor to join our team. As a Registered Nurse-RN Supervisor, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest quality of care for our residents.
Responsibilities:- Supervise and coordinate the activities of nursing staff on assigned shifts, ensuring adherence to local, state, and federal guidelines.
- Conduct regular nursing rounds to monitor patient care and provide education to staff, residents, and family members as needed.
- Develop and implement effective care plans to meet the unique needs of our residents.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless communication and coordination of care.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance the overall care experience.
- Associate or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing.
- Current, unencumbered New Jersey Registered Nurse License.
- Previous long-term care experience preferred but not required.
