Job Summary

Quality Talent Group is seeking a compassionate and skilled New Graduate Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team. As a New Graduate LPN, you will provide skilled nursing care to patients in the home setting, working closely with our team to deliver state-of-the-art pediatric care.

Responsibilities

  • Provide one-to-one patient care in a home environment, executing physicians' prescribed plans of care and documenting care provided in our system of record.
  • Administer prescribed medication, treatments, and therapies, as well as conduct patient assessments and coordinate care.
  • Teach and train family members on health promotion and disease prevention, ensuring a seamless transition to home care.

Qualifications

  • Graduate of an approved school of nursing.
  • Recent graduates with strong clinical experience during internships or rotations will be considered for the New Graduate Program.
  • Current CPR certification.
  • Ability to provide in-home nursing care to infants, children, and adolescents.
