Job Title: MRI Technologist

Indiana University Health is seeking a skilled MRI Technologist to join our team. As a key member of our diagnostic imaging team, you will be responsible for performing diagnostic procedures using magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) equipment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate MRI equipment to produce high-quality diagnostic images
  • Position patients correctly and ensure their safety during procedures
  • Follow physician instructions and prepare equipment for use
  • Treat patients with care and respect, providing a positive experience
  • Meet productivity and quality standards, maintaining a high level of accuracy and efficiency
Requirements:
  • Certification through the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) or the American Registry of Magnetic Resonance Imaging Technologists (ARMRIT)
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification, with Advanced Life Support (ALS) certification preferred
  • Ability to maneuver equipment and improvise positions when necessary
  • Preferred experience in MRI technology
