Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Contract Specialist to join our team at AP Recruiters & Associates in Houston, TX. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring commercial customer contract quality assurance and enforcing organizational principles of integrity and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

The Contract Specialist will assist with reviewing, approving, and fulfilling contracts according to established standards. This includes managing the CA email inbox, processing contracts within Service Level Agreements (SLA), and working effectively with team members to ensure best practices.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Ensure all customer contracts are reviewed and fulfilled according to established standards.
  • Manage CA email inbox and process contracts within SLA.
  • Work with team members to implement best practices.
  • Assist with process documentation as needed.
  • Support mail merges and reporting tasks.

Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will require:

- Strong ability to work cooperatively and collaboratively with all levels of employees and management.

- Professional demeanor, effective communication skills, personal integrity, self-starter mentality, and ability to handle complex issues in a fast-paced environment.

- Proficient computer application skills including Microsoft Office Suite.

Education Requirements

A High School Diploma is required. A minimum of 2 years of experience in Operations/Legal/Contracts roles is preferred.

Compensation Package

The salary range for this position is between $45,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience. In addition to competitive pay, we offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes health insurance, retirement plans, paid time off, and more.
