We are currently seeking a dedicated and career-focused Artificial Intelligence Systems Administrator/Tools Engineer III to be part of our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer and sustain the organization's AI technologies.
  • Supervise the deployment and setup of the AI tool suite to guarantee operational readiness and achieve performance standards.
  • Collaborate with IT teams and other stakeholders to identify and resolve operational challenges, developing troubleshooting strategies for junior staff to implement.
  • Maintain a comprehensive understanding of artificial intelligence technologies and work in tandem with fellow AI Systems Tools Engineer/Administrator IIIs.

Essential Qualifications:

  • A minimum of five (5) years of experience in the installation, configuration, management, and maintenance of AI systems and technologies.
  • A Bachelor's degree in a relevant IT discipline.
  • Must obtain one of the following certifications within six months of starting the role:
    • CCNA-Security
    • CySA+
    • GICSP
    • GSEC
    • Security+ CE
    • CND
    • SSCP
  • For candidates without a degree, four (4) additional years of experience are required.
  • If holding an Associate's degree instead of a Bachelor's, two (2) additional years of experience are necessary.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Industry-standard certifications related to Generative AI.

Clearance Requirements:

  • This position necessitates an active secret clearance.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to remain in a stationary position for over 50% of the time.
  • Effective communication and information exchange with peers and senior personnel.
  • Frequent operation of a computer and other office productivity equipment.
  • Regular interaction with co-workers, management, and clients, which may involve delivering presentations and exchanging accurate information.
  • Occasional movement within the office to access files and office machinery.
