We are currently seeking a driven and customer-focused Artificial Intelligence Systems Administrator/Tools Engineer III to enhance our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage the organization’s AI technologies.
  • Facilitate the installation and configuration of the AI tool suite to ensure optimal performance and availability.
  • Collaborate with IT teams and stakeholders to identify operational challenges and develop troubleshooting strategies for junior staff to implement.
  • Maintain a comprehensive understanding of artificial intelligence technologies and work in tandem with other AI Systems Tools Engineer/Administrator IIIs.

Essential Qualifications:

  • A minimum of five (5) years of experience in installing, configuring, managing, and maintaining AI systems and technologies.
  • A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant IT discipline.
  • Possession of one of the following certifications within six months of starting the role:
    • CCNA-Security
    • CySA+
    • GICSP
    • GSEC
    • Security+ CE
    • CND
    • SSCP
  • For candidates without a degree, four (4) additional years of experience are required.
  • For candidates with an Associate’s degree, two (2) additional years of experience are required.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Relevant industry-standard certifications in areas such as Generative AI.

Clearance Requirements:

  • This position necessitates an active secret clearance.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to remain in a stationary position for over 50% of the time.
  • Effective communication and exchange of information with peers and senior personnel.
  • Frequent operation of a computer and other office productivity machinery.
  • Regular communication with co-workers, management, and clients, which may involve delivering presentations.
  • Occasional movement within the office to access files and equipment.
