Floater Experience Representative Job Description

BluPeak Credit Union is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Floater Experience Representative to join our team. As a key member of our Retail Delivery Network, you will be responsible for providing exceptional member service and sales support across our Northern CA Branches.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and acquire new consumer relationships, including deposit and loan portfolio growth.
  • Utilize a consultative approach to meet each member's perceived and unperceived financial needs.
  • Initiate and participate in relationship-building events, including proactive activities such as visiting members on-site and attending community events.
  • Initiate proactive service calls to members, including internal lists.
  • Establish new memberships, checking, savings accounts, term investments, IRAs, insurance products, and consumer loans.
  • Perform file maintenance duties, including adding owners/signers, updating personal information, and adding additional products.
  • Maintain required knowledge of products, services, policies, and procedures, laws, and regulations.
  • Assist team members to ensure continuity of service and achievement of individual, team, and organizational business goals.
  • Protect member assets by identifying all members when transacting business and adhering to security practices.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED); and three or more years related banking experience and/or training.
  • Experience in a financial institution/credit union is required.
  • Ability to use loan origination systems, contact management software, and other Microsoft Office application products.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, good phone and e-mail etiquette, and a professional presentation.
