Intelligence Analyst Staff

We are seeking a highly skilled Intelligence Analyst Staff to join our team at Lockheed Martin Missiles and Fire Control. As a key member of our Counterintelligence (CI) team, you will play a critical role in supporting our overall CI and Insider Threat Program strategy across the MFC enterprise.
Key Responsibilities- Support the development and implementation of CI initiatives and strategies across the MFC enterprise.
- Conduct thorough and prompt investigations of allegations of misconduct, documenting findings in written investigation reports.
- Develop and apply advanced concepts, techniques, and standards related to investigations.
- Provide recommendations and formulate/implement counterintelligence strategies for review by leadership.
- Interface with MFC Security management and Corporate Office of Counterintelligence Operations on CI issues.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience/combined education.
- Experience in Counterintelligence (CI) with a degree in applicable studies or equivalent experience in the field.
- Experience with legal issues as they relate to Counterintelligence, including applicable state and federal statutes.
- Ability to obtain a TOP SECRET Security Clearance.
- Team oriented, but able to work in a virtual environment.
- Possess strong computer skills to include Microsoft Office and associated production and collaboration tools.
- Possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Model ethical behavior and integrity and have a strong work ethic.
This is a full-time position that requires a 4x10 hour day schedule, with 3 days off per week. Lockheed Martin is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
