L2-Support Executive

Key Responsibilities:

  • Excellent knowledge in Unix and PL/SQL
  • Hands-on experience in modification and analysis of PL SQL packages and relevant objects
  • Excellent PL/SQL and Unix code debugging skill
  • Debugging and scenario level fix for issues in banking functions domain
  • Knowledge on ServiceNow and common ITIL lifecycle knowledge
  • Troubleshooting issues with minimum guidance and support
  • Ready to work in shifts and on holidays as per the planned roster

Desirable Skills:

  • Unix shell script for automated report generation
  • Efficient presentation skill to properly document reported issue by business and present with respective stakeholders
  • Excellent communication skill to interact with business user and explain techno functional concept of certain behavior
  • Leadership experience to be able to guide the team if necessary
