About the Position: We are seeking a highly skilled Advanced Practice Provider (APP) to serve as a Supervisor in our Adult Pulmonary Critical Care department. As a member of our leadership team, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the performance of our group of Advanced Practice Registered Nurses (APRNs) and Physician Assistants (PAs). About You: To be successful in this role, you should have a Master's degree in one of the Advanced Practice Registered Nurse areas or Physician Assistant/Associate Studies. At least 1-3 years of demonstrated leadership experience, including 1 year of clinical practice as an Advanced Practice Provider, is required. You must also possess current full licensure from Oklahoma Board of Nursing and board certification for APRN, or Oklahoma Board of Medicine and board certification for Physician Assistant. Your strong leadership and collaboration skills will enable you to build effective working relationships with APPs and Physician colleagues, while your ability to exercise thoughtful judgment will ensure high-quality patient care.

About the Opportunity: As a Supervisor, you will oversee various responsibilities, including hiring and orientation of new APPs, ongoing professional practice evaluation, time, attendance, and schedule oversight, CME benefit tracking, and monitoring compliance with system-wide and departmental initiatives. Your ability to think critically and manage multiple demands in a fast-paced environment will be essential in achieving these goals. Additionally, you will support key strategic initiatives and projects aimed at advancing PA and APRN practice, education, and research initiatives. The salary for this position is estimated to be around $120,000 per annum, based on the industry standards and location.
