About the Role

Creative Financial Staffing is seeking a skilled Collections Specialist to join our team. As a Collections Specialist, you will play a critical role in assisting with interim workload and ensuring the smooth operation of our client's financial processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze aging accounts and perform outreach via established procedures to ensure timely resolution of outstanding debts.
  • Perform outreach to approximately 250 accounts per week, utilizing strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with customers.
  • Assist with customer needs by answering questions, verifying data, and providing accurate information to resolve issues.
  • Collaborate with internal and external parties to verify documentation and ensure accurate payment processing.
  • Support customer service projects and payment posting as needed, demonstrating a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Proven experience in B2B Collections and AR, with a strong understanding of financial procedures and regulations.
  • Ability to multitask, manage workload, and communicate professionally in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on building strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
What We Offer

Our client offers a competitive salary range of $45,000 - $54,000 based on experience, as well as a dynamic work environment that values teamwork and professional growth. This is an in-office position that offers opportunities for career advancement and professional development.
