Architectural Signage Project Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Architectural Signage Project Manager to join our team at GPAC. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing projects from start to finish, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery of high-quality signage solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with clients to define project scope and objectives
  • Work closely with sales teams to ensure project success
  • Regularly update clients and sales teams on project status
  • Utilize resources to determine project timelines, pricing, and budgets
  • Identify and mitigate potential project risks and challenges
  • Coordinate with various stakeholders to obtain necessary permits and approvals
  • Communicate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution
  • Manage project budgets and ensure adherence to financial targets
  • Document project progress and outcomes using relevant software
  • Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulations
  • Invoice clients in a timely and accurate manner
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 4+ years of experience in sign industry project management
  • Ability to estimate interior and exterior signage
  • Highly organized and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work with varying personalities and stakeholders
  • Experience with ERP systems
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
