Architectural Designer Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative Architectural Designer to join our dynamic engineering team at Jobot. This is an exceptional opportunity for a passionate individual to create innovative, practical, and functional designs that inspire and endure.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with the project team to create comprehensive architectural designs and concepts.
  • Utilize Architectural Revit Modeler and other design software to create detailed 2D and 3D models.
  • Prepare and present design proposals to clients, including detailed drawings and specifications.
  • Coordinate with engineers and other professionals to ensure the project's success.
  • Ensure all designs meet legal, safety, and sustainability requirements.
  • Oversee the project from inception to completion, including managing changes and updates.
  • Attend project meetings and site visits as necessary.
  • Continually enhance technical and design skills through ongoing professional development.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or related field.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience as an Architectural Designer, with a focus on Revit modeling.
  • Proficiency in Architectural Revit Modeler and other design software.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing innovative design skills and a creative approach to problem-solving.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex design concepts to various stakeholders.
  • Strong project management skills, with a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
  • A keen eye for detail, with a strong focus on accuracy and quality.
  • Knowledge of building codes, standards, and regulations.
  • A strong commitment to sustainable design and environmental stewardship.
