- Customer Service: Provide assistance and directions to employees, visitors, and clients, maintaining a courteous and helpful demeanor.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in security, law enforcement, or military service.
- Licensing: Must possess a valid California Guard Card and Exposed Firearm Permit.
- Physical Fitness: Ability to stand, walk, and patrol for extended periods; capable of lifting up to 25 pounds.
- Availability: Must be available for on-call duty during late swing shifts and graveyard shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Skills: Strong observational and decision-making skills, excellent written and verbal communication abilities, and proficiency in conflict resolution.
- Environment: Work is primarily conducted outdoors and may involve exposure to various weather conditions.
- Shifts: On-call availability for late swing shifts and graveyard shifts, with the possibility of extended hours.
- Safety Equipment: Must wear and properly maintain provided uniform and safety equipment, including firearms.
- Pay: $20-22 hourly pay rate
- Weekly Pay: Every Wednesday
- Additional Benefits: Eligibility for overtime pay, potential for full-time opportunities, and access to professional development and training programs.
