Job Requirements
We are seeking a highly skilled Solar Inverter Commissioning Specialist to join our team in Madison, WI. The ideal candidate will possess excellent technical skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and excellent communication skills.

Key responsibilities include:
- Performing troubleshooting, commissioning, and maintenance tasks on solar inverters and BESS systems
- Providing feedback to our engineering and project teams on possible mechanical and electrical design improvements
- Leading upgrade/rework projects in the field and interacting with customers to explain technical scope
- Managing work schedules and commitments

The successful candidate will have an Associate's Degree in an Engineering or Computer Science Discipline from an accredited university or college, with renewable industry experience preferred. You must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, motivated, and able to interact professionally with diverse partners, senior managers, and subject matter experts.

We offer a competitive salary range of $84,000 - $96,000 per year, plus travel expenses, and a comprehensive benefits package.
