Job Title: Salesforce Administrator

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Salesforce Administrator to join our team at Deephaven Mortgage.

About the Role

As a Salesforce Administrator, you will play a crucial role in managing and optimizing our Salesforce platform to support our sales and business operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Configure and customize Salesforce to align with business processes, including fields, objects, workflows, validation rules, and process automation.
  • Provide user support by addressing inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and assisting with user training to ensure efficient use of Salesforce.
  • Ensure data integrity by managing data imports, exports, cleansing, and deduplication activities within Salesforce.
  • Set up and manage user profiles, roles, permissions, and access controls to maintain data security and privacy.
  • Create and maintain custom reports, dashboards, and data visualizations to provide insights into sales performance and business metrics.
  • Collaborate with IT teams to integrate Salesforce with other systems and applications, ensuring seamless data flow and process automation.
  • Design and implement workflow automation using Process Builder, Flow, and other Salesforce automation tools.
  • Stay up-to-date with Salesforce releases and new features, and plan and execute system upgrades and enhancements.
  • Maintain thorough documentation of system configurations, processes, and best practices for future reference.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance system efficiency, user experience, and overall productivity, and implement improvements accordingly.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in business, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (3 years) as a Salesforce Administrator, with Salesforce Administrator certification (ADM-201) preferred.
  • Mortgage industry experience preferred.
  • Adobe, Marketo application experience preferred.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities and best practices.
  • Proficiency in configuring and customizing Salesforce using point-and-click tools.
  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on data accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
