We are looking for a Guest Experience Specialist to join our team at AEG in Pittsburgh, PA. As a specialist, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive outcome for all interactions.

**Job Summary:**

  • Provide guest service support via phone, email, or chat, addressing inquiries and resolving complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex issues and provide solutions.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Process tickets, handle exchanges, and troubleshoot loyalty platform issues with Pirates Points.
  • Record customer information into the CRM database to ensure accurate account management.
  • Assist with flex plan trouble shooting and voucher redemption.

**Requirements:**

  • High school diploma required; prior experience working in customer service or a related field preferred.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Applications and CRM systems an asset.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
