Job Title: Senior Commercial Analytics Lead

Job Summary:

The Fountain Group is seeking a highly skilled Senior Commercial Analytics Lead to join our team. As a key member of our commercial analytics team, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of commercial analytics strategies to drive business growth and improve customer insights.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain advanced analytics models and tools to support commercial decision-making
  • Lead cross-functional teams to design and implement commercial analytics initiatives
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify key business questions and develop data-driven solutions
  • Provide strategic insights and recommendations to senior leadership on commercial analytics opportunities and challenges
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies in commercial analytics

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience in commercial analytics, data science, and digital technologies
  • Strong commercial analytics and cross-functional management experience
  • Proficiency in secondary data analysis with intimate knowledge of industry secondary data sources
  • Experience with payer analytics and managed markets nuances
  • Strong working knowledge of relevant software systems (e.g., MS Excel, MS Word & PowerPoint, Tableau)
  • Proven history of working and delivering on multiple projects simultaneously
  • MBA or Master's degree in a relevant field
