We are in search of a Project Manager to join our dynamic team and oversee projects from inception to completion.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Direct projects in accordance with established project methodologies, offering support to Project Engineers and Field Engineers.
  • Guarantee project completion within budgetary constraints and timelines, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Evaluate the financial performance of projects, including invoicing, revenue predictions, and cost assessments.
  • Organize project materials and resources, proactively identifying and resolving any challenges.
  • Maintain relationships with subcontractors, addressing any issues that may arise.

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in Project Management.
  • At least 1 year of experience in Construction, HVAC, or Building Automation.
  • Over 2 years of experience utilizing project management tools and MS Office applications.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Strong leadership capabilities and skills in team motivation.
  • Exceptional problem-solving and project management skills.
  • Ability to interpret and analyze scope of work.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Familiarity with project financial reporting.
