Senior Hospice Business Development Executive

This exciting opportunity allows a seasoned hospice marketer to make a significant impact on the growth of our hospice care business by leveraging their existing connections and experience to drive referrals and expand our reach within the community.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record and an existing book of business in the healthcare industry, with a strong ability to develop and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals, hospitals, nursing homes, assisted living facilities, and other potential referral sources.
As a key member of our marketing team, this individual will be responsible for implementing targeted marketing strategies to maximize outreach and visibility in the community, while ensuring seamless communication and coordination in the delivery of hospice services.
With a strong understanding of the hospice care industry and the local healthcare landscape, this person will provide strategic insights and recommendations based on their industry knowledge and market trends, contributing to the growth and success of our hospice care provider.
Estimated Salary: $90,000 - $140,000 per annum
Responsibilities:
- Be compassionate in every interaction
- Utilize your existing network to generate high-quality referrals for our hospice care services
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, hospitals, nursing homes, assisted living facilities, and other potential referral sources
- Implement targeted marketing strategies to maximize outreach and visibility in the community
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and coordination in the delivery of hospice services
- Provide strategic insights and recommendations based on your industry knowledge and market trends
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a hospice marketer with a current and substantial book of business
- Demonstrated success in driving business growth and achieving marketing goals
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships effectively
