Senior Commercial Roofing Business Development Executive

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Senior Commercial Roofing Business Development Executive to join our team at McCormack Partners Ltd. In this role, you will be responsible for driving business growth and shaping the commercial sales division of our roofing firm.
Job Description
You will have the opportunity to hunt down your own leads, take clients through the full sales process, and nurture accounts to secure new projects and grow revenue.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of commercial roofing systems and a proven track record in B2B sales. You will need to be comfortable creating and delivering presentations at board level and confident in public speaking to larger groups.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive business growth by identifying and pursuing new opportunities in the commercial roofing market
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients and stakeholders
- Create and deliver compelling presentations to secure new business
- Work closely with the sales team to develop and implement sales strategies
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in B2B commercial roofing sales
- An in-depth knowledge of commercial roofing systems
- Strong presentation and communication skills
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team
