Key Responsibilities
\The successful Capture Opportunity Growth Specialist will be accountable for driving growth across key areas of the National Security market, including DHS headquarters, U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services, and Immigration and Customs Enforcement.
\They will identify, qualify, develop, track, and successfully execute a pipeline of opportunities to support our growth objectives. This will involve building relationships with key agency decision-makers, industry partners, and influencers to shape opportunities and position Analytica for success.
\The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of experience in federal business development activities, in-depth knowledge of the competitive landscape, and a proven track record of winning contract awards of $50M+. They will also possess strong leadership skills, a self-initiative mindset, and the ability to inspire growth within the organization.

- Engage in industry events, serve as a liaison for memberships, and participate in event activities.\
- Conduct market research and analysis to stay current on federal agencies' mission priorities, opportunities, and buying trends.\
- Provide strategic guidance and actively engage in supporting proposal efforts.\
- Prioritize and manage pipeline, forecasting, and closing deals to meet revenue targets.\
- Establish and foster relationships with clients, stakeholders, and industry counterparts across the National Security market.\
- Offer IT solutions and services, including IT Modernization, Cloud Solutions, Agile Transformation, DevSecOps, CX Design, Change Management, and Data Visualization and Analytics.\
- Demonstrate expertise in software and systems engineering, information management, analytics & visualization, agile project management, and management consulting services.\
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, technologies, and best practices to inform business development strategies.\
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver customized solutions that meet client needs.\
- Communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure alignment and progress toward goals.\
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of Analytica's products, services, and value proposition to effectively promote them to clients and prospects.\
- Stay abreast of regulatory requirements, industry standards, and compliance issues relevant to the National Security market.\
- Continuously assess and improve business development processes, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.\
- Support the Senior Director of Strategic Growth in developing and executing strategic plans to drive business growth.\
- Participate in regular business review meetings to discuss progress, challenges, and opportunities.\
- Provide input on business development budget planning and resource allocation.\
- Contribute to the development of sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and other business metrics to inform strategic decisions.\
- Engage in continuous learning and professional development to stay current on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies.\
