Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist and educate guests in achieving their wellness goals with exceptional guest service
  • Market our services through social media and attend community events
  • Continuously educate yourself on our products and services
  • Work as a team with other employees to maintain a safe and clean environment
  • Meet or exceed minimum productivity requirements, including sales goals

Requirements:

  • Ability to work a minimum of 12-30 hours a week with a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
  • Ability to comprehend and pass iCRYO-designed service exams following initial training
  • Good time management skills, good judgment, and ability to multi-task
  • Exceptional guest experience skills, handle and resolve guest issues to maintain guest loyalty
  • Ability to maintain a clean environment and uphold company standards
