iCRYO - One Loudoun is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Health and Wellness Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our sales and customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest experiences, educating guests on our services, and promoting our brand through social media and community events.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist and educate guests in achieving their wellness goals with exceptional guest service
- Market our services through social media and attend community events
- Continuously educate yourself on our products and services
- Work as a team with other employees to maintain a safe and clean environment
- Meet or exceed minimum productivity requirements, including sales goals
Requirements:
- Ability to work a minimum of 12-30 hours a week with a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
- Ability to comprehend and pass iCRYO-designed service exams following initial training
- Good time management skills, good judgment, and ability to multi-task
- Exceptional guest experience skills, handle and resolve guest issues to maintain guest loyalty
- Ability to maintain a clean environment and uphold company standards
