Job Summary:

As a Sales Associate with EssilorLuxottica, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales growth in our Downtown Summerlin store.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide outstanding customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Meet hourly sales and customer service goals, while maintaining a positive and respectful attitude towards customers and colleagues.
  • Develop product knowledge and provide expert advice to customers on our range of performance and sports eyewear products.
  • Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve individual and store objectives, including sales targets and customer satisfaction goals.
  • Contribute to a positive store environment, fostering strong relationships with colleagues, management, and support staff.
Requirements:

• At least 1 year of experience in retail or customer service
• Familiarity with point of sale systems, computers, and basic phone and math skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Ability to sell through use of sales skills and accountability for sales results, with a desire to meet goals and exceed expectations
