Job Title: Personal Lines Account Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Personal Lines Account Manager to join our team at Bravera Insurance. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, and driving business growth through account development and product/service presentation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide customer service while working with Bravera Insurance Advisors to service an assigned book of business.
  • Be a trusted advisor to Bravera Insurance clients, offering exceptional customer service and support.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, identifying opportunities to expand new and existing relationships.
  • Drive business growth through account development and product/service presentation.
  • Collaborate with Bravera Insurance Advisors and customers to service an assigned book of business.
  • Assist clients in making appropriate coverage changes and maintaining agency electronic files accurately and consistently.
  • Perform efficient rating with Applied Epic Quotes and work with carriers site quoting as applicable.
  • Follow agency workflows and procedures, ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
  • Actively refer clients to other departments or entities for solicitation, making each contact a marketing opportunity.
  • Keep current on carriers, product knowledge, and trends in the marketplace.
  • Utilize ancillary insurance products and review endorsements, claims, audit information, etc. as referred from Account Technician in an efficient manner.
  • Consistently achieve 95%+ retention of assigned book of business.
Requirements:
  • Valid Resident Insurance License within 45 days of employment.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent with post-secondary education preferred.
  • Minimum three years customer service experience or an acceptable combination of education and experience.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with ever-changing priorities.
  • PC proficiency in a windows environment required, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Demonstrates strong influencing skills that contribute to new client relationships.
  • Independently performs all job duties without sales direction.
  • Proficiency in keyboarding.
  • Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Professional communication both verbally and written.
