Key Responsibilities:
  • Estimate Costs: Determine the total cost of materials, equipment, utilities, and labor for electrical construction projects.
  • Research and Analyze: Research electrical project documents and analyze specifications to ensure accurate estimates.
  • Prepare Estimates: Prepare estimates for planning, organizing, and scheduling electrical project work, including managing pre-qualification and pre-bid submissions.
  • Collaborate with Teams: Collaborate with other teams and conduct site visits when required to ensure all estimates comply with company standards and client requirements.
  • Manage Risks: Formulate contingency plans and effectively manage risks that might impact cost and time estimates.
  • Stay Up-to-Date: Keep track of the latest estimating technology and industry-related techniques.
Requirements:
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of electrical estimating experience.
  • Education: High School Diploma or GED, Bachelor's degree in a related field or Postsecondary education electrician training program (a plus).
  • Skills: Proficient with Microsoft Office & Adobe Acrobat, experience with Intellibid (preferred).
Salary:

$80,000.00-$100,000.00
